In case of complaint

1) Please briefly inform us via e-mail or telephone.
2) We will send you the replacement and/or the DHL return receipt.
3) Fill out the returns form (see above) and include it in the return of the good.
4) In case of refund the invoice total will be re-transferred after our examination of the good.

Private costumers:

The costumer has the right, as described below, to return goods bought from our store within one month without giving any reasons.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

The client is entitled to cancel this contract without reason within one month by written notice (letter, fax or email) or if the goods have already been delivered by returning the goods.
The period begins after receipt of this instruction, but not before receipt of the goods (in case of recurring deliveries of the same type of goods not before receiving the first partial delivery) and not before we have met our information duties and other duties as defined  by Civil Code (Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 sec 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as § 312e Sec 1 clause 1 BGB in conjunction with article 246 § 3 EGBGB).
In order to ensure that the withdrawal takes place it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the good in time.

Consequences of withdrawal

In case of a valid withdrawal, any mutually received benefits are to be refunded and possible benefits derived (e.g. interest) to be returned.
Should the customer not be able to return the goods or only return them partially or in a deteriorated condition then the customer will be obligated to value replacement.
This does not apply if the relevant impairment of the goods is due to the simple trial use of the product, which the customer would have reasonably been able to conduct in a store. For any deterioration that occurred by using the goods as intended, you do not have to pay an indemnification.

Items suitable for delivery by parcel are to be returned at our risk. The costumer has to bear the costs of the return if the deliverd goods conform with the ordered one's and if the price of the returning goods do not exceed an amount of 40 Euros. You also have to pay for the return although the price exceeds 40,00 Euros, when you have not reciprocated or performed a partial payment as contracted at the time of the revocation. Otherwise the return is free of charge for the costumer. Goods that cannot be sent as parcels will be picked up by us.
Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. For the costumer this period starts on the date on which you send your refusal or the goods while for us, it starts on the date on which we receive the refusal or the goods.
